- Original Packaging and Tags: All items should be returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box, dust bags, and tags still attached.
- Return Reason: Returns must be initiated because the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations. Items purchased during a sale or with promotional discounts may have specific return restrictions.
